Satellite area has emerged as an expensive and well-developed locality of Ahmedabad. SG HIGHWAY
Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway, popularly known as SG Highway, is the nerve of western Ahmedabad. It has a wider road connectivity towards north. It connects Ahmedabad to capital city of Gandhinagar. Towards south, it connects Vadodara, Bharuch and Surat. Towards west, it connects Ahmedabad with Shaurashtra region and towards its east connects to old Ahmedabad. THALTEJ
Located in between SG Highway and Sardar-Patel (SP) Ring Road, Thaltej is one of the premium localities of Ahmedabad. It connects to other well developing areas of Shilaj and Rancharda. The property prices here vary from Rs 4500-5700 per sq ft. Thaltej is mostly a residential area that is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Less traffic, peaceful environment and affordable prices attract buyers towards it.
