Located on the western part of Ahmedabad, Bodakdev is sur rounded by developed and posh areas. Surrounded by Satellite, Thaltej, Vastrapur and Gurukul from all four sides, Bodakdev is strategically so well placed that it is in the middle of two life lines of this metro city, namely, SP Ring Road and SG Highway. Both the roads are easily accessible from Bodakdev and are situated on the left and right sides of this area.

Bodakdev is a residential and commercial haven with best of the city’s malls, clubs, restaurants, and hotels being located in and around the area.

Bodakdev’s prices and demand are still expected to go higher as the proposed Metro rail plan which is expected to finish the first phase work by 2018 will cover Bodakdev.Also, further giving boost to city’s commercial hub, the approved plan of high speed rail corridor between Ahmedabad and Mumbai shall make the city reach newer heights and will also boost areas like Bodakdev.Haresh Upadhayay, a resident, says, “Bodakdev is the most versatile area and the price appreciation here is mind blowing.
