The area opens into KadiKalol which has also made the industrial hub Kadi’s top employees staying in this area.

Dominated by the population of North Gujarat, the area has developed as a major residential hub and the increasing number of residents is boosting its commercial growth as well.

Hospitals, restaurants, offices, schools, banks are situated in and around area. The entire area is so close knit that in the phase post Navratri and before Diwali, there is this huge gathering organised where residents of all the apartments and societies of Science city flock together.
