Refund and Cancellation Policy

These are our cancellation and refund policies with regards to various services we offer:

Refund Policy

We offer annual subscription plans for certain services / packages whereas certain other services are offered on a pay and use basis. For both types of services, the refund policy is as shown below:

  • For Annual Subscription Plans:
    Personal identification information We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including as Users visit or register on the site, fill out a form and in connection with the use of other features available on our Site. Users may be asked for name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth and other personal information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily provide such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, although doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities as to which such information is essential.
    Non-personal identification information We may also collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include recording the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users' means of connection to our Site, such as the type of operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

  • Annual Subscription Plans have a fixed service delivery as per the package subscribed, tenure and pricing. Such plans cannot be discontinued during the subscription tenure by the client unless we are not able to deliver the services to the client as envisaged.
  • However, in the event that a client is displeased or dissatisfied with the services we provide or if we are not able to deliver the full service, we shall do the refund either in full or partial, on the basis that the reasons provided are proven genuine and after thorough investigation, on a case to case basis, at our sole discretion.
  • Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund.
  • No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.
  • Refunds, where eligible, are typically issued via the same instrument that was used to make the payment (so the refund will go to client’s bank account, or refunded back in cash or transferred online in case of payments made via other payment gateways). However, in cases where we are sometimes unable to do this, we may offer a cheque, bank transfer or cash at our sole discretion.

  • For Pay & Use Services:

  • There is no refund policy for the services placed under same day delivery.
  • A refund would not be applicable for the service already delivered.
  • No refund is applicable for the fee paid in the form of service charges.
  • No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.
  • Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund.
  • Jahernotice.com is not liable to pay refund if delay or service disruption happens due to circumstances not in our control e.g. delay as well as non-availability of data / documents / records from the Government Office, closure of Government Office/s due to public holidays or other untoward incident/s, non-functioning of IT Infrastructure in Government Office/s, etc.
  • Jahernotice.com is not liable to pay full refund in a special case of pay and use services, the delivery of which requires longer than 3 months period such as alteration requests of Government Records pertaining to land / property that may take longer than 3 months of processing period. It’s possible that client may refuse to go ahead with the said services during the service delivery process. In such cases, we shall do the refund partially, on the basis of the reasons provided are proven genuine and after thorough investigation, on a case to case basis, at our sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Before initiating the service, a confirmation from the client is received via e-mail and then the payment is made by the client after agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
  • Hence request once placed with Jahernotice.com cannot be cancelled after making the payment for annual subscription plans or Pay & Use services.
  • No cancellation is applicable for the services offered with promotional discounts on special occasions/festivals viz. Navratri, Diwali, Independence Day, Holi, etc. These are limited edition and one time offers and hence any range of refund would not be possible.
  • A service stands cancel or deemed delivered if renewal payment is not received after the completion of annual subscription plan or delivery of pay and use services.
